Its got a big black carbon inclusion at 5 oclock.

I'm not really a fan of "crushed ice" faceting. It is very difficult to evaluate it on-line. It could be decent or, as in most cases, it
could be "mushy". Mushy facets do not return light well, tend to look grayish, and do not have very distinctive facet outlines.

The stone you saw in person at the beginning of the thread looked like crushed ice and did not look like it had very good light return
(sparkles, flashes, brightness).

A little bit of radiant cut info....
This would be a crushed ice stone (for educational purposes)
This would not be crushed ice although it does have a little. This stone will have better light return because it has some larger
facets that are flashing on/off (mirroring).

Unfortunately, I am not good at judging a crushed ice radiant by viewing the videos. ;-)

This one is going to have a little bit of darkness through the center. Its more of the crushed ice look.

No darkness in the center - it is noce - turns on and off fast = more fire and brightness.
Need to see the GIA report for inclusions - but looks very similar to a radiant without the big central cross.
