Hi all, I gave my wife a diamond pendant, .36 in a white gold bezel setting, similar to what is in this pic:

Problem - we went to a jewelry store to find a chain, to realize that no clasp, even if crimped, would ever fit through the tiny chain hole running through the top of the pendant. How do we resolve this?? Do we need to get a custom jeweler to attach a clasp after feeding a chain through??

help!

That is a very pretty - and popular - pendant here on Pricescope. I''m not sure "custom" is the right word but you probably will need a jeweler to do this for you.

It is very easy and should only take a short time to do. The jeweler will quickly remove one end of the chain, slip it through the pendant and solder the end back on. I have a family jeweler I do all of my business with. He has a bench right there and would do this for me in about 10 minutes or so.

A good jeweler can fix that problem in very short order.
