Hi!
Just bought a new stone to be set in 14k yellow gold 1.9mm band and claw prong setting with white gold head.
It’s a
GIA certified
1.71 ct cushion
K color
no fluorescents
69.5% depth
64% table

7.12x6.76x4.7

Please let me know your thoughts regarding the color, over cut and light performance. Thanks so much for your help !

Anyone? :shifty:

I dont think the ASET looks too bad. Plenty of red though the center but you can see some leakage around the edge of the table (somewhat
typical).

However, when I looked at the stone sometimes there are a lot of dark facets showing up at once. Not sure if this would just be a split second
in real life and not an issue or something that you might be able to pick out often and it would be bothersome. JA does have a good return
policy so you could check it out in person and see for yourself. If you dont like it, return it. Also, get some more opinions.

I see you've already purchased it so you will be checking it out in person. Let us know what you think! Hoping it turns out to be what you wanted!

Thanks for your response! I’ll be getting it in a couple weeks :dance:I noticed GIA doesn’t provide cut grades for cushions since they vary so greatly. Do you know why JA describes this stone as ideal cut?
