Help with Idealscope only have 24 hours!

I finally got the idealscope for a diamond I am looking to purchase. I have 24 hours to make a decision please let me know what you think about this image. I think this stone may have some painting or digging going on. I'm not too familiar with them so can't give too much detail.
I'm off to do a little more research.
