Help with finding the right diamond for a low setting

So I"m in the market for a diamond either cushion or round but the catch is that it needs to be set low.

Price is somewhere between 25-35k
Most important for it to be cut perfectly as the sparkle factor is paramount.
Pretty much everything else needs to be nice, but wiling to move a bit on color and clarity to fit the budget.

Curious as to whether or not cushion, which is known to not be as refracting as round, would be even more muted by setting it low.

Setting a round or cushion low isnt an issue. A good jeweler will help you choose the right low profile setting for the diamond you choose. A master setter will have the prongs hold the diamond at the exact right height for beauty and safety.

Does this include the setting? What type of setting are you looking for? Plain metal, halo, prong, bezel?

Shape = cushion
Does she have a preference for a rectangular or square cushion? What about the cushion type such as modern, ice-y, antique, etc?

Size = 2.2 to 2.5 ct
Colour = D, E, F
Clarity = ???
