Help with diamond ring

Hi could someone please give me an idea of price for this ring its 18k 3.6ct approx it is marked rf 750 with anchor halmark .Also can anyone tell me the maker ? Many thanks for your help in advance

750 is the European mark for 18 karat gold.

The anchor might be the hallmark for Birmingham, England (historically according to Google) but that would depend on the specific anchor being used to identify the manufacturer.
