Help with diamond carat size from German appraisal

I have an appraisal in German on a ring. It lists the diamond as 0,150 Karat, how many carats is this? I used a German translator and it says karat means carat, so is it 0.15 carats?

A .15 CARAT ROUND DIAMOND WILL BE ABOUT 3.3MM IN DIAMETER. Is this what you have in the ring?

The Germans use commas instead of decimal points, so it should be a 0.15 carat.
