Help with culet in setting asap please!

Can you guys post a macro photo of your square diamond ring at the same angle as the photo attached here? Is the culet supposed to touch where the 4 prongs meet on the bottom or no? Is there supposed to be a breadth-like space between the 2 for the ultrasonic to clean? Are the 4 prongs supposed to hug the diamond closely like that? Saw the ring today and will pick it up next week and that's the only concern I have. I donno the first thing about how it's supposed to look (T.T).....Thank you so much.

Did you ask for the stone to be set low? It looks like they tried to put a too big stone in a small setting. Usually there is some
room under the culet.

Edit - you can look on James Allen at some princess cuts and see how close the culets are. Like use this ring and select princess
then select a stone about your size and use your mouse to swivel the ring around so you can look at it from the side.

Most Tiffaly style settings have a small hole under the culet so there should be no risk.

More of an issue can be that the pavilion main facet sits close and it can be very hard to clean dirt out from under if the stone is resting right on the prong all the way down.
