Help with 3+ct Round Lab Diamond Purchase

What is the ring of death? Truly, this was the best diamond option for the size and the price - it was like $1,439. As long as it has some sparkle (which I think it does) I will be happy.

It's a zone of leakage that starts happening when the proportions and angles start to get out of harmony...not necessarily terrible with this diamond and may be quite acceptable given the price point...and there many diamonds out there with much, much worse RoD.

@DejaWiz thank you for explaining, really appreciate all the help. I got an email that says it is beig shipped from the factory to NYC - then I have to wait for them to ship it to Canada from NYC. Hopefully by end of October I have it in my hands.
