Help spend my bonus- earrings or bracelet?

I’m a simple girl. I would do diamond hoops (about 3 ctw) and a DBTY bracelet

99612355-9FA5-4758-86C2-C1EAD326807D.jpeg This would be my pick, it’s a working watch, it’s platinum, it’s totally studded with diamonds, it’s an example of excellent workmanship and no one else will have the same and it’s UNDER $3,000.

@chel180 I of course have no idea what you do, but i'm totally imagining you being a super swanky powerful attorney that just won a massive case so im giving you a huge round of applause. You earned that bonus, bravo!
My imagination aside, i think these are pretty

OMG you couldn't be further from the truth! I actually spend more time in a boiler suit than a power suit! And I guess thats partly why I want something pretty and sparkly.

I read like both of the above but firstly I'm not sure if anything made by leon mege comes under $15,000 and secondly I'm not sure about Tahitians (have a thing for white fireball/baroque south seas though).

I'm going to put the bracelet on my shortlist though.

@ILikeShiny - We seem to have similar taste!

Victor Canera has some handforged earrings available.

I love these from Tiffany:

Van Cleef has fabulous earrings. They may be above your budget in all pave diamonds, though. But VCA is where I'd be spending a $15k bonus!

All very pretty but a little small and delicate for this purchase.

i don't know if anyone linked to jewels by grace already, there are a couple if you like vintage styles that may suit and i think she is willing to present reasonable offers to her clients. congrats on the bonus! what a fun dilemma =)

I don't know how traditional/conservative your taste in jewelry is or whether this would appeal to you, but this gold and diamond bracelet by Tom Herman (Seven Fingers Jewelry)

is a wonderful "statement" piece imo:

Do you have a local jeweler? It is very likely you could have those made within your budget!

Sketch out what you want and bring it in to your jeweler! They may surprise you!

I unexpectedly received a bonus from work so I’ve decided to splurge that windfall on something beautiful.

The problem is I don’t really know what I want.... definitely a white gold statement pair of dangly earrings or bracelet but beyond that there are too many choices.

I have a budget of $15,000 and want to buy something preset and ready to go.

Anyone want to help me spend my bonus?
I vote earrings!!! I just got a pair of White Flash ACA diamond for studs (which I know you already have bezel studs and are looking for special occasion items)...so maybe some amazing dangles?...I am a little biased bc I adore dangle earrings and I have way too many of them...AND I second what someone else said that with the WF upgrade policy you could get something now and then upgrade it at your next unexpected bonus lol. I also love the Tiffany earrings that @diamondseeker2006 suggested. They are lovely :)

another fun idea might be a bangle with a big gorgeous diamond in it...I LOVE ForteKitty's amazing bangle in this pic with 1.8ct or 1.71 cushion, I think. I can't find her thread link. I had one made with a 1.51 oec and I adore it. More pics of her bangle are in my thread about my bangle, but I know she had her own thread with lots of pics

@chel180 I dont think you should spend that much money if you arent comfortable, and after getting burned by custom work i would understand wanting to purchase something ready made. I'm just hanging around the house today and looked around some more because looking at pretty jewels is always fun. It seems like you're drawn to more geometric patterns so i tried to keep that in mind.

I’d personally spend most of the bonus on an extravagant bracelet and save a bit for some dangly earrings. A bracelet could be worn more often, especially during long-sleeve weather (if you want something luxurious to peek at during the day! But there’s no hiding some of those earrings, and I’m afraid if you spend more than 5K on them, you will regret going all-out if they sit in a jewelry box 360 days of the year? I’m just basing this on my own preferences, of course!

You totally have a point and that’s good advice
