It all looks good as far as can be told from the basic numbers, for completeness it would be useful to add the lower girdle facet percentages but from the info we have, the diamond does look promising. Do you have an image such as ASET or Idealscope for this diamond please?

It's very unlikely from what I have seen that feathers located near the girdle in VS2 are going to be any kind of durability issue.
