Help Please, Is this Cartier Trinity ring real??

I never own any Cartier jewerly before and today I went to a second hand jewellery shop and found this ring at the decent price, so I bought it. Then it's get me thinking if it real or not.. Can anyone give me some idea please???

It looks authentic, markings are correct. Take it in to Cartier and ask them to polish it; they certainly won’t if it isn’t authentic.
