Cannot judge price without knowing cut quality. What lab graded the diamonds at least?Date: 4/6/2010 5:35:37 PM

Found these two stones at a local jeweler. (not a national chain, found him off this website.)
1.04 F VS1 5.52 x 5.33 x 4.21 $4800.00
.83 E VS2 5.43 x 4.93 x 3.82 $2900.00
Both prices include setting and 14k white gold ring.
My question is what do you think of the prices and the diamonds based on the limited info?
Thanks,
Justin
the 2nd one listed - .83 - is far off from being square. its length-width ratio is just over 1.10. an acceptable "squar-ish" standard is at or below 1.05. just keep that in mind. otherwise, from the info given there, it''s really hard to determine quality.Date: 4/6/2010 5:35:37 PM

Any thoughts on the ASETS above?
