Help picking a Round Brilliant Cut Diamond

Hi all, I have learned a lot poking around here.
I am looking to purchase a RB lab diamond for my wife's backup ring set.
Trying to save as much money on this one as possible (planning to go all out on a OEC later for the primary ring set)
Here's the specs I am looking for:
Up to ~$800
Hearts and arrows, ideal cut, TIC / BIC would be great
carats: 0.95 - 1.35
color: low as G
clarity: low as SI1 if eye clean / prong will cover occlusion
