Hi Gary! Thanks for all Your help! I’d love your thoughts on this if possible.

Did you look at the AGS report (the inclusion plot)? You can see the plot of the cloud is small (very small).

I cant see the cloud in the picture (blown up) or in the Brilliance video. I'm pretty sure this is a non-issue.

Thanks! Yes i did but im wondering why it’s enough to be a vs2 it looks great I’m debating between the one on the left or center the 1.36 is great but wanted it a little bigger so its tough

Garry cannot comment on any of these because vendors are not able to comment on other vendors' stones.

Oh I see. What are your thoughts. As far as clouds being the only grade maker? On this particular diamond

I don't see it as an issue at all

Same. I know Gary’s not a fan of clouds but I know it’s case by case. I ended up switching my 1.35 for this one. I hope there is no issues

Clarity is graded with a 10x loupe. This is the definition at GIA (didnt look up AGS but I'm sure its about the same).

Very Slightly Included (VS1 and VS2) Inclusions are observed with effort under 10x magnification, but can be characterized as minor

Since that stone is a VS2 I'm pretty sure it is a non-issue especially since it is a small cloud. I would go with the bigger stone. I dont think
you will ever see it with bare eyes (maybe not even with a loupe because you are not used to looking for inclusions in a stone.)

I know its a big purchase and you want to get it right. Its hard not to worry but I think you'll be fine with the 1.48 and will appreciate the
size gain over the 1.36.

can't tell any difference with my layman eyes. but i would trust an ACA. as far as clarity goes, i'd go for either of the vs2

It’s not going to be an issue. It’s a beauty.

Thank you! I ended up going with the 1.48. i got to trust ACA standards. It was just that the cloud and cloud alone was enough to be a vs2 so it made me nervous. i cant wait to see how it looks in person

Yes thank you so much! I got to trust ACA standards. It was just that it was the only thing on plot diagram and enough to be graded a a vs2 that got me nervous. i ended up choosing the 1.48 fingers crossed it’s stunner
