Help, need some advice

Hi,

I am a newbie in this forum.
I am now looking around a diamond for a engagement ring. (I feel very excited because I am thinking how to propose at the same time.

)


I have found a diamond and its certificate, and I greatly appreciate if any expert in this forum and give me some advice about the diamond. I attached the cert as follow. A specific question that I really want to know is the feather/needle around the edge really a problem. Thank you very much for all your help in advance.
