Help Me with my Emerald Cut Upgrade!

Hey Everyone!

I am back after a long hiatus here...came for my original OMB Diamond search in 2009, then Setting upgrade (both ERD) and now on to a 12th Wedding Anniversary Upgrade. While I LOVE my Antique Cushion Halo'd setting, I am also kind of over it. I feel like now I am in a place where I would prefer a HUGE Solitaire or 3 Stone Setting, and, to be honest, I want more spread, I want COVERAGE, especially given I have gotten used to a 2.5 carat plus a halo around it. For that reason, I even considered a Pear Shape, being how big they spread in comparison to other shapes- but I kept going back to the Hall of Mirrors Effects and Gorgeous faceting of an Emerald Cut. I would like to stay in the $30k-$40K Range, and as big as I can go without compromising Cut, etc. I would prefer to be in the 4 carat range, and I don't mind J,K, potentially even L color because I know Emeralds provide a little more room. I could go back to Mark at BE, but anyone else I should consider for this project? Is there an Emerald King or Queen to source this for me I haven't considered?

Ok, not exactly what you're looking for but a pretty and large stone nonetheless. It is elongated like an Emerald and it is step-cut but
it pretty much ends there.

I have not seen these in person and some she has are def poorly cut it she does post a lot of EC’s

Emeralds “provide a little more room”… on color??? They show color MORE! The big jump in size will also have a big impact on seeing tint. Make sure you see in various lighting settings.
