Help me pick a setting for 3.5 ct. Cushion

Hey guys I have decided on a 3.51 ct. Cushion Cut stone for an engagement ring. (Attached is a photo of the diamond - we just set it on top of a setting to get a general idea)

I think I have a pretty good idea of what she would like in the setting but am having trouble finding something...

My concern is that she has a 7 3/4 size finger - So I do not want something too narrow...

But I was wondering if you guys could help me select something - Or if anyone has some pics of a 3.5 ct. cushion in a setting.

She seems to like the style of these 2 - I believe its because they have sides, making the side stones appear more set. Also, I believe that she wants the stone set as close to the ring as possible, the head being similar to the 1st link - she doesn't like cathedral style settings.

In reference to the head - I think she wants it set like this (what I would call "in the ring") but with a 4 corner style prong

I like the second BG setting. It is a big stone.. others may have better ideas.
