Help me find this semi mount please =)

Not sure if I posted this in the right section, but sorry if I didn't. Mods- please move if it's in the incorrect section. I am looking for this semi mount set & wondering if you ladies know where I could find something simular to it anywhere? I found it on Bluenile & I just found out that you have to purchase a diamond from them as well as the semi mount. You unfortunately can't buy just the semi mount alone Here is what I'm looking for-
