Help me find this ring please..

I'm thinking of recreating a ring that was displayed as either Jewel of the Week or on an ad banner on the right of these pages..

I'm kicking myself for not saving it! I was sure I did :/

I remember it being an oval ruby or diamond with 4 pears on the corner that allowed the ring to "stand"

if anyone has a picture I'd appreciate it!
