help me find my dream OMC elongated warmer ideally 2.5 - 3 ct [or "spready"]

I asked for the input and I do really appreciate it!

I definitely find myself wanting to do it all which is a problem. But I also think it might end up being beautiful if I can reign it in.

I think I am leaning towards the simple floral engraving on the band with french cut baguettes and the petal gallery. I actually found a picture of what was in my brain which was exciting. It was done by CVB. It's a pear stone in this picture. From top looks like a normal collett.

I'm hopeful that this last go round will be it! I have spent far too many hours searching and searching. I am over it. ha

I have sent my thoughts to DK and will defer to his expertise.

So, those of you that have DK rings, which yellow gold should I go for?

Thanks again!! Trish

Now that I see this photo representation of what you are trying to achieve on the crown, plain with engraving feels like the right move. It will bring attention to this detail really nicely. I prefer this over the cast orange blossoms.

I would urge you to consider removing one or two design elements as I agree with others there is a lot going on. DK will not offer an opinion I have found, they tend to defer to what a customer wants. They won’t tell you if it’s too much either, if their catalogue is any indication. Fancy gallery AND collet, AND baguettes (a different cut style), AND engraving is a lot. Too much I would say, to make a cohesive look in the end. I would suggest removing the baguette and engraving and then pairing the ring with a fancy, engraved band with French cuts. That would be very nice indeed.
