From the very base of my ring finger to the middle of my knuckle I have about .76 to .79 in, so right at 3/4. My entire ring finger from the very base of my finger to the top of my finger pad is about 2.5 inches. Hopefully this will give you some scale size.

This is very helpful. I have an amethyst ring that is about 17mm (I think). After looking at it, I think 20mm is about as much as I'd like to do for everyday wear.

Hi there! I just found this forum in search for my own art deco antique emerald ring, and wondering if you guys could help me out, too. This is my first time buying "real" jewelry, and I am looking for something really unique, while affordable for me. My budget is $400. I LOVE the inset diamond look on camphor glass rings, but I haven't seen any variation of this with emerald? Is this unheard of? I attached some photos of what I'm going for. I am quite obsessed with that flower ring, just wish it were emerald. If any of you guys are up for it, I would really appreciate your expertise!
