Help - is this OK?

I put a deposit down on a diamond last week and here is the actual diamond up now (shown as sold to me).

A few things are bothering me - the arrows don''t look straight. Is this normal, will it affect anything? Each heart looks like it has a black dot or 2 on it - what is this? Will it show up? Will it affect performance?

Thanks - need some reassurance and TRUTH about these issues.

Those dots might be inclusions? But those pictures are super maginified. Your stone looks beautiful to me

it''s fine, not an issue. you have a great looking stone.

arrows are fine, slight tilt in some of the images is causing most of the distortion.
The black dots are a reflection of the tiny inclusion near the culet that will not be visible face up.

I think that is best if you have concerns, as they have the diamond they will be able to put your mind at ease, indeed would want to do so.

Update: Received an e-mail from Jon @ GOG, which has reassured me 99% that this is the stone for me. Now waiting on a small video and DiamXray. Pretty excited!!

Not to figure out how to get the stone and the Sholdt setting I am interested in together...
