HELP: Is this a good ASET Image?

Hi,

I have attached ASET/Magnified images for a diamond I am considering. I would greatly appreciate opinions on the quality of this diamond. I have attached Hearts and Arrows images as well, although this diamond wasn't marketed as a true H&A diamond. I am also wondering if the small black 'inclusions' on the magnified images are just dirt?

The ASET is nice. I don't know about the black inclusion you mentioned. I cannot see.
No inclusion at VS1 clarity is an issue. The stone should be perfectly eye-clean.

Thanks for the input! This site has been an amazing resource. I have circled the black inclusions I was referring to. They don't show up on the ASET and are really tiny. I'm sure this will be eye-clean.

those should be a non-issue. The main reason of going for VS1 is to eliminate this guess work. It is beyond eye-clean. It is mind-clean level.
