HELP - Is this a excellent diamond for a good price????

I have been searching for a stone for several months online. I've narrowed my search down to 1.09-1.14 D-E SI1 GIA XXX. I have come across one 1.11 SI1 E GIA XXX @ $8,400. It has got perfect hearts and arrows all the way across and the inclusions are minimal for an SI1. I feel like it's a really good price for an awesome stone. My only concern is that I have only seen about 10 stones in person and I feel I might be jumping into something too quick. I really like this one compared to the others I have personally seen. Super clean to the eye and the inclusion is hardly visible even with a loop.

If someone can look at the photos and tell me their thoughts it would be greatly appreciated

Thanks everyone. I think this is the right stone for me. I was looking at VS2 and VS1 before but once I found out about Hearts & Arrows I traded clarity for cut and symmetry.
