Help Finding the right stone

Looking for a 3/4 carat stone for a diamond solitaire pendant. Looking for H Color, ideal cut, eye clean. What should I expect to spend and how do I find the best stone? Any help would be appreciated.

If you want the "best" stone go with something like a Whiteflash ACA stone.
