Help finding old thread

I have just bought a beautiful sapphire, and now I need the setting. There was a thread on a sapphire that took a year to find and she put half moon diamonds on either side. I have been searching the eye candy and everywhere else and can''t find the picture. If anyone can help me, I would be very appreciative. Any other pics would be great too!
