Help finding e-ring setting, trellis three stone with pears

Has anyone found a setting similar to this one, a three stone trellis with pear sides that isn''t custom? A friend likes this style for her e-ring, but I think custom might blow her budget. It''s such a pretty style, I''m surprised I can''t find it!

Whiteflash makes them often enough that I bet it isn''t truly custom anymore...

And Unique settings of New York (a Stuller type company) has one I believe.

I''ve found WF trellises, and WF three stones with pears, but not both.

UNIQUE SETTINGS is a wholesaler that WF uses. My uternity band is from Unique Settings... I can tell you their quality is amazing. Since WF uses them I wasn''t hesitant since I trust WF

My sapphire ring is a palladium trellis setting from Unique and it is very nice quality. I was very pleasantly surprised by it actually since it was very reasonably priced.
