Hi everyone
This is my first post in this bit of PS although I do lurk here. My mum has recently (today) just been given the official word that she's passed her Doctorate and I'd like to get her something special to commemorate it. I've got quite a strict budget of £150. (Her birthday is 2 days before XMas so I need money left over for that too!).
She loves big, bold colourful rings and I would prefer to buy it from a vendor in the UK to avoid import duties, if not then the £150 needs to include import duties if it's coming from the States. I've found a couple of examples but neither of them are 'special' enough? If that's the appropriate word to use, but it might give you some indication, she doesn't mind colour of metal and is happy with silver. Erm... Anything else? I think that's it to be fair, I know that's not a huge budget, but... Here are the examples:

So as you can see she really does like 'em big and sparkly!
Thank you in advance for your help!
