Help finding 2 diamonds for 3 prong setting

Hello all,

Can any of you guys help me find a couple diamonds that are 1.15 to 1.25 total weight with a 3 prong setting for under 4 grand, for my wife of course. I guess size is important, H-I color, very good- excellent cut, SI1-SI2. I've looked online, but I can't pull the trigger on a pair. Any Jeweler recommendations near Sacramento, Ca?

I guess I should be more clear. These would be for diamond earrings with a 3 prong setting.
