Help, final thoughts for this 2carat chusion diamond

Hey everyone,

I am in the final stage to purchase the below GIA cert 2 carat cushion diamond, since this is my biggest decision in my life all hep is needed, the hardest part is that i only can see the video of the diamond and the GIA report.

once i see the GIA report i think it looks good it is within the parameters that i can live with, when i see the video than i am not so sure since i can see so many "deficiencies " i now that is under a loop but i haven't got the best feeling. i want the diamond to be sparkling and had that fire look. since i cant upload the video and the quality of the phote when a screen shot isnt the best but i hope that there can be of some help

Maybe it is just my insecurity, knowledge so that is why I am asking for support.
they are asking for around 15k for it

There is a 2+ carat cushion in a victor canera setting for 13k on loupetroop.

I am not a diamond expert. But I would think that those carbon flaws are probably eye clean and that the magnification brings it out. I do not know about the feather on the side. What does the cert say? There is a lot of differences in S1 etc. The views of the flaws from the bottom and side could be hidden by a setting. The fire is from the cut. You will have to see the stone in person.

I would not be concerned about the inclusions, they are barely visible at this extreme magnification, they would not likely be seen in normal viewing.

I would be concerned about the performance of this stone! It's hard to say for sure without a video or an ASET but this stone has a lot of leakage under the table in the face-up photo

thank you so much for the help, i will ask for an ASET report, how much of the leakage is hard to tell, just by photos and this is why this is so hard, i want it to sparkle, is there any way i actually can upload the video

Sorry not sure how to upload video. I know others have posted to youtube and then posted a link. I would think that there is a more direct way, but I don't know how, maybe upload the video as a file?

Is this stone with an online vendor? If it is a vendor that will only supply a limited number of ASET's, I would not waste one on this stone. All these areas of darkness and mushy facets are not reflecting light.

As for I am in the market for a similar diamond and have gone down the worm hole of research into the various variables in which produce the perfect diamond for each individual. It appears I have created a long journey ahead of myself in order to find 'the one'.
