Help evaluating (significant) e-ring center sapphire

I do not know who these folks are, but find their business card WWW intriguing (note, outdoor light not overpowering, yet that thing is enormously blue). I'd trust one of the major labs & Lotus (whichever is closer & more hassle-less) to tell which is what.

The colour of that stone is so intense it hurts... There is quite some variety on display - if your preferences differ. You may want to ask about step cuts, as there are very few on the list. There are plenty of rectangular stones of cut as some kind of barion or other, which make me think that a bona fide step cut could be provided, even if it does not come off the shelf.
