Help! Comment on setting

Dear all,

I really need some comment about this setting. What do you guys/gals think?
Like it or hate it?? I'm looking for a setting for my squarish radiant stone as an e-ring, so your comment will be greatly appreciated.

BTW, there's a total of 14 side stones rated at H/I color, SI clarity and my center stone is a 1.01ct E color, VVS2. Is there something wrong (especially in color)?

I agree with New Yorker. Have you checked out the Vatche, it's a little more subtle...

It's pretty and would likely look good with square radiant. I'm probably not the best person to comment, though, since I prefer solitaire settings. If you like it, go for it.

I really like it -- go with it if you like it.

I think the color will be fine, especially since the side diamonds are so small, you won't notice the difference.

I think it's very pretty. I like it a lot and I agree with Fancy. I don't think the H/I color will be an issue in stones that size.

Very pretty. It's similar to my ring (mine's 18k yellow gold), and I'm not a fancy person at all. I wear mine with a wide gold band which calms it down a bit. Mine's a .7c G VS2 and there are 12 side stones, I VS2 .02c. Color wise, I don't think you'll have any problems. I is so close to colorless that there shouldn't be an issue in the side stones (unless you're VERY sensitive to color).

I really like that ring, its actually very similar to what I have been looking at recently. I have been trying to decide what ctw to get for sidestones, how many small diamonds are on each side of yours and what is the ctw of your sidestones? What is the weight of the center stone? Your help is appreciated since I am about to buy a similar ring.

Funny, I'm the first guy to comment on this post...

Side Stones are great....and I trully suggest getting a ring with pavé sidestones.

It will create a wave of light.....and believe me, sidestones going
half way around with a 1ct central stone can give you a visual blast that even a
2ct solitaire wont give you.

No, I haven't got a chance to show her this setting b/coz I wanted it to be a surprise. I don't know how to confirm her style towards this design. Any suggestion on how to make sure?
