My criteria are 1kt, round brilliant that is eye clean and has a ton of fire (also should look pure white). To me, this is what is what can be seen my someone looking at the ring.

I was looking for only gia graded diamonds (maybe i'm over paying?). Wanted your feedback on these diamonds and which i should pick:

Thanks :twirl:

You only have sample images, you need the real stones.

Oh, Can't you judge a diamond based on the table, depth, polish, etc from the certificate?

Thank you. Do you recommend this company, or are there better places to buy that give you an ideal scope before you buy?

I have not used that company but have not heard any complaints about them either. I think they ha e pretty good prices.
part of your problem is you are picking SI2 stones without pictures. Can you ask the vendor if they can evaluate the stones
And tell you whether they are eye clean? After that you can rely on the numbers and do pretty well. Check on their return
policy just in case (I'm sure its probably good) .

@Ice Baby, I didn't see the "diamond blueprint" box on the search that you mentioned, if you kindly wouldnt mind directing me.

Lots of guys here buy from JA. They are reasonably priced in my opinion and a gemologist will compare your chosen stones to tell you which one performs better.

For the blue print option, just click on diamonds on the b2cjewels site at the top and on the right under color/carat/report there should be diamond blueprint :)

I'm so sorry, i feel like an idiot for asking, but I don't see where the blue print report is. I don't see it under the diamonds drop down menu?

Thank you so much

I think a picture will help 8-)

What is your budget? Maybe we can help you out. I think G color will still look icy white.

Start looking at James Allen, Good Old Gold, Whiteflash, and Brian Gavin. And keep your eyes open for AGS graded stones too - they've already been evaluated for light performance and the grade should be a "0" (ideal) for that. Avoid EGL - they look like a "good deal" as they tend to sell for less per carat, but they are graded softly - an EGL G color could be a GIA / AGS J/K/L. Same with clarity.

Don't compromise on cut quality - that's what makes it sparkle!

The ones you've listed have no photos... The problem with si2's are they can have very obvious inclusions like carbon spots and if you can't see it it's like picking it blind.

and I found this one that's a G, HCA 1.4 below your budget and 5.7mm wide! If it's eyeclean I think it's a great choice.

If you find anything you like from JA, put them on hold and request for an idealscope.

What setting are you choosing? It's usually good to stick with the same vendor for the stone and setting.
Also, you might want to try contacting Id Jewelry, they're good with working on budgets.

I noticed on this first one the symetry isn't excellent. Will take much of a difference?

Also, to contact them, is there a rep that is recommended to speak with?

Thanks,

At JA? Just call the 877 number - everyone I've talked to there has been extremely polite and helpful.
