I am sick and beat so this is going to be very blunt and very short.
.71 estimated weight is within expected variation of .73
As you found out with the other one doing anything with the diamond without very obvious signs on that setting is not going to happen.
2 grades off an opinion between 2 graders when grading set stones in particular when they are buried in a setting like that one is not unusual.
Is the F grade from the tiff paperwork and do you have the paperwork or was that the sellers grade?
The chances are excellent it is the original stone and if the Tiffany paperwork say its an F it likely is an F.
If the F grade is the sellers grade it is likely somewhere between an h and an f.
As far as I can find out the color grade is not put on the diamond.
