Help a Newbie w/ a Round Billant

I'm looking for a Round brillant diamond around 1.1-1.25 carats for approximately 9-10,000. A size of 1.2 would be preferred if feasible in my price range. Must be at least an H color - preferrably a G. SI or better clarity but must be totally eye clean. I do want a well cut diamond that scores well on HCA. Lastly, is the hearts and arrows designation important or will all well cut diamonds have this?

Any assistance in pointing me in the right direct for diamonds is appreciated. Thanks.

not all well cut diamonds are H&A.
