Hi everyone.I could just cry.First they break my tsavorite. Then I go back to searching for a great but affordable EC diamond.I found one I really liked a D VS2 that is listed as ideal cut.I was going to call JA on it tomorrow and it’s now listed online as no longer available.AAAKK!

I was good on my calories today and parted at the opposite end of our 2 buildings to walk extra steps today.

Kimi, I am so sorry you got hurt so bad and also that your nephew hit his head. How awful for both of you.You will be sore for a few days.Glad to hear you are having fruits and veggies for dinner.I am trying very hard too.I know it will come back off and I continue to try.

Patiently Waiting, hugs to your grandma.I am glad she is doing well.Good job continuing to work out 5 times a week.

Skippy, we had chicken for supper too.I make nuggets – sort of with very little oil and just fry them up with salt and pepper.Marty really likes them and we had some mashed potatoes too.I have enough left for lunch for us tomorrow too.Glad to hear you had a nice walk today.I continued to sing my song today and again it worked great.

Bee, I hope the Shepard’s pie was good.I am sure your FI thought my song was strange but whatever works, eh?

Burk, how cute that T is ready to go for walks.

Stepcutnut, good luck with modifying your eating out habits.

White Orchid, I couldn’t survive without my low fat ice cream or piece of chocolate. We all have to find what works for us.

Elmorton, your EC diamond is so pretty. How many carats is it?I honestly am sad about the diamond I wanted being gone. That is exactly what to do is go right back on track.I am sure you had a fun time at the wedding.Glad you like my song.

Paula, yay for staying in your calories and not having cravings.

Rod, that is great you found some exercises that are helping your leg.I’d postpone my doctor’s appointment too.I am definitely back on getting a few pounds off mode.No way am I going to undo what I’ve done.

Take care.

Hi All.

So I''m a total idiot and I slipped off a chair today at work. I was standing on it putting things away in a high cupboard. I managed to land on my feet but jolted my body, again. I feel so stupid. I swear I''m not doing this on purpose to avoid working out.

We had butternut squash soup and caprese salad for dinner. J is suprisingly doing well with the fruits and veggies meal. Actually, he''s doing amazingly well considering he''s the one who has been cooking. He''s so fantastic.

Burk, hope the meeting w/ the builder went well and that you enjoyed your walk with DH.

El, I''d never be able to convert to vegetarianism, but since my detour from working out my body is totally revolting and I just need to kick start it back in the right direction. I''m sure I"ll be eating some protein in the form of meat this weekend, I''m just triyng to find ways to get back on the right track. The adjustments certailny won''t be permanent, I love beef, fish, steak, etc. too much! I wish I was comfortable enough to go swimming at my gyms'' pool, but I would be too embarrassed (how stupid is that?!) I think we should start a campaign to move bakery sections in grocery stores.

Rod, so glad your leg is feeling better.

White Orchid, in case I haven''t said it, welcome!

Skip, get some rest. I hope you feel better. HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!

Marcy, how upsetting about the EC. I''m sad for you!

Morning everyone! I''m so sore from the tone class yesterday-every muscle feels like it''s aching. I''m up early to go to the step class and then it''s just study for me. Talk to you all later!

Burk-T sounds so cute! Hope step was good last night.

stepcut-what do you do for your detox month?

White Orchid-I''m the total opposite. I have to avoid sweets and stuff as I find if I have some I want more. I don''t miss them at all now after avoiding them for the last ten weeks.

Elmorton-don''t kick yourself over the weekend. There are going to be nights like that and provided they''re not the norm, you have to enjoy yourself every once in a while. Just try and get back into it again.

Skippy-do you guys have wheetabix over in the US? I adore it. Hope that you''re feeling better and congrats on your anniversary!

Paula-good to hear that you''re still doing great and that there are no cravings! My friend said something similar to me yesterday-normally around exam time I get cranky and annoyed but I''ve been in a great mood and she was wondering what happened to the bee* that she knows
3.gif

Thanks Rod. Hope that your leg is even better today! Those stretches sound like they''re working.

Marcy-I''m so sorry to hear about your stones! That sucks.

Kimberly-sorry to hear about your fall. Hope you''re not too sore.

Off to step, talk to you all later!

Kimmy -ouch!!! I hope you aren''t too bruised! Are you feeling ok? Just concerned in case you have been feeling a bit off balance or dizzy with these falls, you take care of yourself!

Hi all! Things are going well my end.

Elmsies - I am so glad! It is good to emphasize again and again that this journey is NOT about perfection and falling off the wagon is all part and parcel of it - it is so empowering once you give yourself permission to not be perfect! All the years of negative brainwashing I had to endure, no wonder I threw in the towel so many times and said to heck with it all. I am glad times have changed.

I had a diet plan book in the 1980''s which had some of the most absurd diets ever you could choose from. Many were based around 800 - 900 calories a day, no wonder I was starving and couldn''t stick to it. I was also hovering around slightly on the light side for my height and frame at the time weightwise, so I had no excess fat to use!

Hi Everyone, thanks for the welcome and I look forward to hanging out here with you

Wishing a speedy recuperation to the walking wounded in the group - I hate being injured and it is a double annoyance when it throws your workout schedule out of whack for a few days or more - I hope you feel better soon!! I probably have about 15-20 lbs I would like to lose, I have lost about 6 so far but have been doing that good work out/bad diet thing where I just end up going up and down the same 1 or 2 lbs week after week. I''m convinced 75% of it for me is what I put in my mouth, so that''s my focus right now.

I really tried to go cold turkey on sweets and processed foods as much as possible about a week ago - it has really helped since my appetite tends to go like a freight train once I get on a sugar roll - and that includes chips or pretzels or any of that stuff too since I know that quickly turns to sugar once you eat it. So I am giving myself 2 more weeks before I jump on the scale - I need time for my new better habits. I am 5''8" and am trying to break thru the 160 mark - I haven''t weighed less than that for about 14 years so that''s going to be a big hurdle for me - after that I will just take it 5 lbs. at a time. Oh, and I started knitting again to give me something to fiddle with at night!

Hello Everyone!

This is my first post of the week and it''s already midweek! I''m pretty consistent as far as diet and exercise goes. I eat a healthy breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and snack at night.
20.gif
Mondays dinner was trout, veggies, polenta; Tuesday was brown rice, tofu and veggies. I find that I can curb my snacking with an apple, cut into slices, with some peanut butter. The PB may not be the best, but it''s better than the enriched white flour I get from the pretzels and sun chips!

My workouts have been consistent as well. Monday was cardio and abs, Tuesday was cardio, abs, and strength training with my arms. I may take today off ( ITS MY BIRTHDAY!), but I don''t know yet.

Hope everyone is enjoying their hump day!

Hey everyone!

Yesterday sucked. Work-wise it was okay, but my bike got stolen
29.gif
People SUCK! I''m so totally mad because I was late to my doctor''s appt because I was supposed to ride my bike there. GRRRR!!! Still mad.

So didn''t do much. My sister and I went for pho in the Little Vietnam area of Chicago. Tasty :) James was working late, so I brought home some BBQ duck for his dinner.

My doctor said there''s not much she''s can do for my wrist. I''m going to check with a chiropractor (my boss''s suggestion), then all else a hand specialist for a cortisone shot. right now it''s just wrapped.

Kim, OUGH!!!
6.gif
Do take care of yourself!! Sorry your nephew bumped his head. Hope you do the lentils idea. I''m a huge fan of them too.

Skip, I had pho last night! Glad your walks went well & you got back into the Intervals class again.

Bee, GREAT job on the weigh in, and workouts! I love that sore feeling

That''s all for now. I"ll be back later today!

I just finished my final for world religions this morning. I''ve been SO CAUGHT UP in studying for this I haven''t gotten to do anything but that and workout. So here I am!!

Thank you everyone for the support re: my bad weekend. You all know just the right thing to say - it feels really good to come here and be able to be honest and vent etc about my ups and downs.
1.gif
Tonight is meeting night/weigh in and I''m a little nervous about seeing the scale. I checked the lousy scale at the gym this morning and it looked like I was still hovering at last week''s number, so I''m keeping my fingers crossed that if anything, I stayed the same (just not gained! I don''t want to see that).

Today it was really rough getting out of bed to go to the gym. I''ve just been really tired so far this week, and my abs are still killing me from that cardio class on Monday - apparently those trunk twists were doing more than I thought! Anyway, I just had a 15 min slower workout on the elliptical and then did another 10 mins or so of some light reps on the bosu ball, flat side on the ground. When my DH was done lifting, I had him come over so I could flip the bosu over so the ball side was on the ground and I got up and did a couple of squats with him spotting me. Before my wedding 2 years ago, I could have done those all day, but this morning my legs were visibly shaking. . Oh well, at least I know that my body IS capable of more!

Skippy - Happy Anniversary!! I hope you''re both feeling better so you can enjoy a nice anniversary dinnner. :)

Burk - Hooray for a good day!

Paula - Haha, excercise is SUCH a mood changer, isn''t it? I doubt you were a grump - you probably just have a bunch more energy. Good luck with the dreaded paper :)

Rod - Glad to hear the leg feels better with the stretches, and thank you for the encouragement!!

Marcy- I swear, I''m like Scooby Doo - you say EC in your post and I instantly perk up, haha. I''m sorry about the diamond being gone, too - that''s a bummer. My EC is just a baby - .62, G VS1. I think if I remember right, the L-W ratio is 1.15 - the accurate number is in my ring thread somewhere, but the only reason I mention is b/c mine is a bit of a chubster - for some reason, I''m really drawn to a chubby EC. I didn''t know you were searching (will be headed to RT/CS to see what this project is all about after finishing this post!!), but good luck on finding the perfect stone! It''s out there for sure :)

Kimberly - OUCH! I did have to laugh though when you said it''s not on purpose to avoid not working out. Take it easy! LOL, I''m glad you''re on my grocery store campaign. Your dinner sounds FAB - those are two of my favorite foods. Yum, yum.

Bee - Sorry about all those aching muscles - but just think, those are all working muscles!! Yay :) Have fun at step and studying!

Lorelei - Thanks for the wise words! An old friend of mine and I were talking recently about all the diets our moms let us go on when we were in Jr High and High School (both my friend and I were chubby then and both our moms were very thin naturally and didn''t really understand our weight issues) - cabbage soup, starvation diets so we could fit into the new jeans or dress that our moms bought us in a size too small - and I so wish I could have that time back so I could have learned to eat sensibly back then! I thought diet=short term misery and I couldn''t understand why I just got bigger after one was over. And even though I know better now (diet=lifelong descision to make smarter food choices), it is SO hard to shake that old mindset.

El, seriously, you''d think I was trying to get out of exercise. I''m just a full on klutz.

Lorelei, I fell and dropped the nephew because I was being careless. I was playing with him, bouncing him around while walking up the steps and my foot slipped in my shoe. Then yesterday I just wasn''t paying attention to what I was doing. I wish I had a better excuse, alas I''m just a doofus.

Lliang, lentils are delicious!

Skip, the nephew is darling as ever. How''s yours?

I think I''ll get J to walk with me this afternoon, it''s a good balance between no exercise and pushing too hard. Dinner has something to do with green beans and potatoes.

Have a great day.

Hi friends. Well last night I was so sick; it was weird because I don't have a cold. It must be super bad allergies and I was so nauseous (maybe I ate something that was off); I feel so much better today, thank goodness. I ate crackers and hubby had to make his own dinner last night. hehe

Thanks for the Anniversary wishes
12.gif
; we are going out to eat to celebrate so I am happy about that! I am taking today off from working out; I did do a bunch of squats, planks and some lower back on the ball though but no cardio. Have a great evening all
35.gif

PAULA, yay for your workout; what is P90? great job!

BURKE, yay for a walk and step; you are super woman! Did T know to look for her jacket? hehe

LORELEI, glad you are doing great!

BABYSTEPS, great job on losing 6 lbs; keep up the great work! Oh yes, diet is 80% to 90% and working out about 10%, you are right! I agree that getting as much processed food out of your diet really helps with cravings; even Weight watchers is now saying that to its memebers. sounds like you are doing great!

BEACHRUNNER, yay for a healthy week and HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!

Evening all! Step class was brilliant today and it definitely eased some of my aching muscles. I was so hungry though today when I got back from work so had some soup and a little salad with salmon and crackers-really not like me as normally I don''t feel that hungry after 9. Nothing else new-just more of the same old study!

Hi Lorelei! Glad things are going well your end.

babysteps-well done for doing the cold turkey thing. I did that too and don''t miss crisps and other things that I used to snack on.

Beach-happy birthday!! Hope you have a fab day.

thanks lliang-that sucks about your bike. I hope that the chiropracter helps!

hi dragonfly! Congrats on getting the final done!

El-best of luck at the weigh in tonight! Has it really been two years since your wedding? That flew by!

Tacori-love the sound of zumba-it looks great!

Glad to hear that you''re better skippy! Enjoy your anniversary night.

Talk to you all tomorrow!

Oh Elmorton, I''m sorry you''re feeling down! I hope you''re feeling better soon! Maybe those 3 pounds are muscle?

I went to the mall with a girlfriend yesterday. She needed a dress for a wedding and I tried some on too, just for fun. Next to her I felt so fat!! We''re only a couple sizes apart, she''s probably a 4 or 6 and I''m an 8... but it really got me down! I snapped a picture of us in our dresses with my cell phone camera. It''s not the clearest picture, but looking at it today with a fresh set of eyes - Man I look good!

This morning I woke up really late so I only had time for a very quick run before work, so I''m off for a longer one now!

Elmorton, I have to tell you weighing in in the evening is tough because our weight fluctuates SO much at the end of the day. Is there a meeting you can weigh in in the morning? I know for me a couple of glasses of water and my dinner can make a big difference; if you can find a morning meeting that will give you a true number, hugs.

Hi everyone.

35.gif
I made it through another day of staying in my calorie range.
36.gif
Woo hoo.The pants are getting looser again and the scale is going back down.Thursday is our night out but I will be sensible and continue to sing my No No song.I even skipped on having wine with supper.

The gentleman at JA who I’ve been emailing sent me an email this morning in response to my email telling him the diamond was no longer available. He wanted to call me so I gave him my cell phone number. He said someone called it in so it’s not sold just being looked at or photographed. It may come back in stock as late as Monday if it doesn’t sell.He asked me if I wanted to put it on hold if it becomes available again.I said yes.He also asked me what I am looking for and how much I want to spend. At least if this diamond is gone he can look for something else for me. Time will tell.

Kimi, I am so sorry to hear you fell down again. You must be very sore and achy. Get better soon.John is a sweetie.

Bee, I hope your muscles loosen up as the day went by.Yay for not being cranky during finals.Marty’s friends noticed my moods improved after I lost a lot of my weight.I didn’t think I changed that much but I am sure I became happier.

Lorelei, there are some really bad fad diets out there.

Babysteps, congratulations on losing 6 pounds.

36.gif
I love to knit but rarely get it out.Good idea to knit to keep busy.

BeachRunner, Happy Birthday!Sounds like you are doing great on your diet and exercise.

Lisa, how awful someone stole your bike.I’d be mad too.I hope your wrist gets better.

Dragonfly, good luck on your finals.

Elmorton, good luck at your weigh in tonight. My EC will even be smaller than yours.I am looking at a half carat.I am leaning towards mounting it in a solitaire 2mm comfort band.I will have to hunt down your thread.I really didn’t post much online other than a few EC I was considering a few weeks ago.Karl didn’t like my choices and suggested I contact GOG but I’d already asked for some images from JA and since they got back to me right away I hate to chase around a couple of places instead of just working through one dealer.Do you see any color in your G?I was looking at G / H at first but found some colorless stones that weren’t much higher in price.Since it’s for a RHR I am trying to find the stone under $1000.My husband loves the chubby stones, I like the more rectangle shape.I am going to a Zales remount sale tomorrow to see if they have any EC that size I can try on with different rings. It’s hard to pick out what looks good from a picture.Sorry to hear about the 3 pounds; it’s probably just water weight.

Tacori, sounds like you had some great exercise today.

Skippy, Happy Anniversary to you and Mr Skippy.I am sorry you felt bad last night but I am glad you are better today. My allergies are picking up too.I am really tired and rarely wear my contacts.I felt pretty good after talking to JA today.I told him what I wanted (ideal cut which I know is ill defined in fancy cuts, naked eye, colorless and a pretty stone.)I told him what price range I wanted to stay in but said I could be flexible if something wonderful came along. He has been very helpful and I have sent him several emails, questions or requests a day.He likes this stone the best of what I’ve picked too and it’s not the most expensive. That made me feel good. What shape is your friend looking for in a diamond?

Appletini, glad to hear you are tanning from your sunburn.

White Orchid, I am sure you look great!I am a very pale person too and burn very easy.

Take care.

El, I''m so sorry you''re down. I second Skippy, weigh in at the same time in the morning.

WO, I''ll bet you look fabulous. Don''t compare yourself to your friend, it''ll do you no good!

Skp, is today your anniversary? HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!

Wow, an active day on the HLT!! It''s already 10:30, so this will be short. I''ve decided to keep my appointment with the orthopaedist tomorrow. My leg was better yesterday, but was hurting more today, so I think if for no other reason, it will give me piece of mind to know exactly what''s going on and to make sure the stretching things I''m doing are the right thing. Otherwise, it was actually a not bad day at work. I''ve got some candidates in interviewing stages, which is a nice thing for sure. I''m hoping the doctor will say it''s OK to workout tomorrow night. I don''t want to miss much time in the gym, if I can avoid it.

Gee Kimberly (aka Calamity Jane :) there really are easier ways to get out of the gym. Sorry you hurt yourself twice and hope you mend quickly.

Skippy, I must have missed the fact that it''s your anniversary. Didn''t you just have of those last year?? LOL Hope you''re feeling better and the anniversary was a terrific celebration my dear!

Bummer about the EC Marcy. Someones obviously telling you you have enough sparklies at the moment, eh?? And yes, you have worked too too hard to have any weight creep back up on you. But you''re the "Amazing Shrinking Women" and you''ll without doubt lose the few lbs., in no time whatsoever.

Hey Mistress of the HLT, Miss Lorelei!!!

Funny babysteps.......We are the walking wounded........LOL

Sounds like you''re doing very well BeachRunner!!

I''m sorry about your wrist lliang. You take care too.........

Hey there dragon.....your''e doing really well too!!

Elmorton, if you''re in pain, your body may be telling you you''re overdoing it, so you might want to heal a bit then, go back at it.

Hey Tacori!!

White Orchid, don''t let anyone get you down. To be honest, there will always be someone in our lives who are in better shape, are smaller, prettier, more handsome, able to run further, lift more weights, do more cardio, drive a nicer car, live in a better house, have more luck, be more successful........Well you get the point. You''re doing great and you have nothing to feel down about. Rod Rant Over........

OK.......I''ll let you all know how my Dr., appointment goes tomorrow and if I''m cleared for the gym. Finger''s crossed, I''ll write tomorrow night to say I had a great workout.

stepcut-what do you do for your detox month?
Hi Bee-my hubby and I have been using the Metagenics detox protocol-it is supervised by a medical professional, and is a 28 day program. It provides all necessary nutrition(with supplements and a medical food-we use the Ultra Meal Rice) and it eliminates foods with high allergen potentials. I always feel great on it and afterwards it makes it so much easier to stay away from foods your body doesn't like :) Here is a quick run down of the program...

Thanks everyone for the sympathies for my stolen bike. I''m most pissed about that. I need to talk to James to see if I should just buy a replacement bike or make a claim with our homeowners. I liked that bike because it was a few years old and was my bike around the city & lock up anywhere bike.

I wanted to get a new race bike this summer now I need to get TWO bikes.

Rod, I hope the doc clears you for the gym. I''m glad the stretching helps and I''m sure the few days off helped too. Sorry your leg''s been bugging you for so long. We''re all falling apart

. Not really but getting old, yes. But at least we''re doing it healthy! How are those push ups going?

Marcy, sorry to hear about the EC. I''m keeping my fingers cross that you get this EC back.

Bee, I find myself snacking on stuff like leftovers etc. Pretty bad of me. but I''m making a conscious effort to evaluate: Am I hungry? No, then why do I want to eat? I should drink water instead. It works like 60% of the time.

Babysteps welcome!!! I find the folks on this thread really supportive and really helpful in my weightloss journey. :) I agree with you on the carbs freight train! I think I''m going to try to stop like you did too. Cool you started knitting :) that''s awesome!

Patient, hugs to you and your grandma. Keep up at all your work. you''ll see progress soon. It took me almost 4 months! But then I fell off the wagon so I need start up again.

Burk, hope your house is coming along well. So cute that T likes going on walks now. :) AWWWW what a cutie pie!!!

Stepcut, I''m going to check out the detox you guys do. Sis and I were thinking of doing the Dr. Natura one. How''s pilates & yoga going? I wanna do yoga!!! I think I should save some $$ and only go once a week, maybe 2xs. And run or lift all the other times. We''ll see.

White Orchid, welcome too!!! Dark chocolate is SOOO tasty. I don''t have much of a sweet tooth but I do love dark chocolate :) I''m sure you looked pretty darn good in your pictures! I totally know what you mean about feeling fat next to certain friends. But what helps me get over that is I know that my super skinny girlfriends can''t lift a thing, so I feel better being stronger than they are.

Elmorton, don''t beat yourself up over 3 lbs, it could''ve been anything, water weight dinner not digested etc. Did you stay within your points and meet your workout goals? If you did then I think it''s a successful week in my eyes

Sometimes we get so caught up in the results (weightloss, lower scale number) we loose sight of our accomplishments. You did a whole other week eating healthy, sticking to your calorie budget and working out. That''s a great accomplishment :)

Kim, glad you''re doing well with the veggie meals :) Your hubby sounds super supportive, that''s awesome!

Beach HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! Sorry I missed you yesterday
7.gif
Sounds great that you''ve been doign so well with the working out! Did you take the birthday off?

Tacori, glad you started up Zumba again. How''s T doing?

Skippy, Happy Anniversary!!! Squats, planks etc sounds like a good compromise between taking a day off but still staying on the horse. Sorry I got you craving Pho. It''s been so cold, wet and rainy, sis and I were really feeling a big bowl of tasty soup :)

My sis came down with a cold yesterday so I went over to her house & made dinner. We had fresh made spaghetti & meatballs. It was super tasty. I had 2 helpings of salad and 1 helping of pasta. I did steal one of James''s meat balls when I got home.

I finished off the leftover for breakfast this morning...

It was funny Leena''s boyfriend joked that she caught swine flu since she said she was feeling sick :) James thought that was funny and that they should quarantine Leena and James''s company. :)

lliang-I so hope you can get both bikes, that is such a bummer to be planning a different purchase and then have to put the $$$ towards something else!

The pilates and yoga are on hold this week now-the swine flu is here---yuck!!!

Hey everyone! So yesterday I didn''t do much.... actually I splurged and had a couple of smores last night, but who can resist those?!?!?! This morning I got up and went jogging and enjoyed it, it''s very nice out and the neighbors cows came over for a scratch as I was cooling down on the way back. I''m IN LOVE with vitamin water. It is mmm mmm good.

bee - thanks, I''m glad it''s over! GL studying
KimH- I hope you''re ok after your spill!
babysteps - maybe you could try jello snacks for your sweet tooth? I did those at the beginning a lot
beachrunner - I''m going to address the peanut butter thing below.
elmorton - what are trunk twists? I''m touching on your post below as well
skippy - happy anni hon! Hope you feel better today! Maybe food poison?

I wanted to touch on Peanut butter real quick. Although it looks like PB is high in fat, it is high in good fats. It has omega 3 fatty acids. I eat peanut butter regularly to help get my nuts in. It also has protein, so guys PLEASE don''t discount peanut butter. Just don''t eat it all day lol

I also wanted to touch on weighing in at night. I have always been told that your morning weight is your true weight because your body fluctuates all day with eating, different meals, holding different amounts of water etc. Your body processes all that during the night. If you weigh in in the evening you''re going to see a higher weight because your body has food in it, and is also probably holding/retaining some water. I HIGHLY recommend weighing in the morning, I have had much more accurate and reasonable weigh ins doing this. You can weight 112.5 in the morning and that night it''ll show 115...... based on food and water retention..... so keep that in mind.

In order to get omega 3's from peanut butter, you need to buy a brand like Smart Balance that is made with flax seed oil, omega 3's aren't naturally occurring in peanuts. But they do have omega 6's :)

Thanks for all the birthday wishes!

dragonfly- Thanks for the info on peanut butter. Now I don''t have to feel so guilty when I eat it!

40 minutes of abs?? That''s crazy! I don''t want to come off sounding rude, but this is a general question because I don''t know.. is 40 min of abs really necessary?

lliang- I''m sorry to hear about your bike

People do SUCK!

El- Yay for you going to the gym even though you did not want to! And weight fluctuates easily, so don''t get too discouraged. Hang in there!

Tacori- Do you love Zumba? I''ve always wanted to try and never have.

Skippy- Happy Anniversary!! I hope your dinner was fabulous.
