It says that most people prefer diamonds that score between 1-2. So would a diamond that scores a 1.5 be more desirable than say something that scores a .6? It seems that the lower the number the better, but is there an extent that this might not be true? Seems that a stone can score in the 0-1 area and not be included in the AGS or GIA Ex candidate region. Should I be anymore inclined to buy something that rates a .6 than a 1.6? Any info would be helpful.
