only a 10x - they said they dont have a 40x image or an idealscope. Is it that hard for them to get ? Should I demand it?

Hi Stacks,

The diamond has potential but as Jules pointed out, a couple of the arrows are not distinct, this might not be a big deal if the optical symmetry isn't top notch but it is important to know if this diamond is being sold as a Hearts and Arrows precision cut or not? Is the diamond from an online seller or brick and mortar store please?
