Looks like a nice vintage setting. I'm not sure if anyone produces ones exactly like it to buy as a setting but I am getting something a little similar done by my jeweller for my Asscher and with milgrain. It'll be cast this time so I don't think it's a complicated setting to have made by someone.

Very pretty! I just saw something similar on the Whiteflash picture gallery - round center with hearts on the sides. Those heart shaped prongs tho...
