Has anyone ever ordered diamonds online

Hi there,

I am wanting to order a diamond and I have never done so on-line - i was wondering what your experiences have been like and what did you do after receiving it this is my first experience diamond shopping and I dont know do I bring it to an appraiser or a gemologist?

I was thinking of either buying this diamond from white flash

Anything you buy, in person or online should be appraised in my opinion. Because you need a good appraisal for insurance purposes.

That said, the majority of appraisers out there are terrible. And will either under appraise to get you to return the item and buy from them, or over appraise and inflate your appraisal so you pay too much for insurance.

I have purchased from Brian Gavin Diamonds, Wink at High Performance Diamonds, and ID Jewelry. I would buy from GOG, ERD, and James Allen and many other retailers that are regularly recommended on Pricescope.

I personally wouldn't buy from Zoara, because to my knowledge they don't provide Idealscope images, and you need one to buy a diamond online.

I do know a lot about WF and the one you picked is gorgeous. I like it.

The WF stone is a beautiful H&A stone... No hearts pic on the zoara stone...

I wouldn't mind owing either WF stone...
