Hand Pictures of My Fiancee''s Custom Ring!!!

Sorry for keeping anyone waiting who might of wanted to see the pictures of the ring I designed. Life has been rather busy lately.

I won''t bore you all with the details of the engagement itself so here are some hand pictures for you to view from that day.

Who made the ring? Before I got my pave halo setting, I hired a custom jeweler to make me an e-ring with bezel set side pears. The job was total botched twice, and it took him nearly 1 year!! It''s nice to see that nice pear-shaped bezels are possible.

Yes, pears bezeled. I will design a custom band. Likely have a small channel of diamonds on a band that is kind of curvy on the top so it matches the engagement ring. It''ll probably be in platinum to make sure it matches nicely, colour wise that is.

It was done by a company here in Canada that does platinum work primarily. They are only avaiilable through selected dealers. I believe there are only 16 authorized retailers of their product across Canada (none in the USA I am aware of). As it happens, my jeweller was one of the selected dealers. I have seen some of their other work and it is top notch. It took three weeks total for them to fabricate the ring but well worth it I think. The results speak for themself.
