Can anyone point me to where I can finds some really high quality pics of these to compare in a setting? I want to see how noticeable the difference is; perferably in an ideal cut.

Here''s a good pic. But remember, color is best seen in this position, and we don''t wear our rings this way.

Thats why in the first post I wrote ''in a setting''!

I''m not sure if you''ll find many high quality photos of the different colours in settings. If it''s possible for you to call into a B and M to compare them side by side would probably be your best option. I personally have an I and it''s very white, so I think that most of the pictures that you see on here will be quite white also. Here''s a link to my I bee diamond , but aside from the photo ellen gave you I''ve never seen one where they compare the diamonds in settings, more than likely as most of the ideal cuts will face up very white.

I feel that the link that Ellen posted you is really quite helpful in answering your query - If you read Jon''s tutorial on colour comparison, he notes a number of times that these faint colour diff''s are not noticeable when a stone is mounted.
personally, I don''t think you''ll get better info on the subject, except to use a search for your topic here on PS.

You can''t tell a thing with photos. All diamonds reflect light and K color diamonds look about as white as F in pictures on the forum. I had an F diamond and got an H, and I sincerely do not feel that my stone has the slightest amount of yellow at all. The way I would relate it is if you had a line of glasses filled with water. The first one is D, then you go down the line and add a tiny bit of of tea to each glass, but a little more into each one as you go down the line. You won''t even be able to detect it in the first few glasses, but as you go down the line, there is the slightest tint (this would relate more to the pavilion view). The difference with diamonds is that if they are well cut, they reflect the light that enters the top of the stone, so even a low colored diamond can reflect white light quite well. I just don''t see a bit of color in my H stones, but I might see a tiny difference if I wore it next to a D all the time. But since I probably don''t know anyone with a D color stone, I never see one whiter than mine! Not that you ever hold your stone right next to someone else''s anyway!

Here''s a photo of a smaller F (colorless but not a D, sorry) with an ideal cut H:
