Is a CGI cerftified H-I & I1-I2 bracelet still sparkly? Or is the lower diamond quality already viewable for naked eyes?
And is the CGI (Continental Gemological Institute) reliable?

The price for a 14k white gold, 4.25 carat diamond is around 1700$

A good deal?

Thanks alot for you expert comments :-)

You posted a similar question in the jewelry thread and my response still stands. I1, I2 diamonds will have cracks and show flaws to the naked eye. And judging by the name on the report, they probably are I3, I4 aka drill bits. IMO, I would rather have CZs or go down in carat weight.

There are really no good deals with diamonds in that you get what you pay for.

Hi OP, the sparkliness is based mostly on the cut grade of the melee (small diamonds). If you go to any department store like Macy's or Bloomingdales (and the like) the diamonds are typically H/I and I1/i2 clarity and they are very sparky in the small sizes. However, you are referring to a specific bracelet where the melee is probably 6-8 pts. each so at that price (55-60 stones) so a picture might help. It may not be new and what's sparkly to you may not be to another and the grading of color could be way off on that many stones (maybe some are h/i but others are n/o/p or lower). Buyer beware: return policy, use cc, etc.
