Guestimate on Ring Size

I''d go with 5.5.

As for cheapy thing to keep the ring on if it''s too big - cloth tape or whatever is WAY better than those cheapy metal ring ''sizer'' thingies that scratch up the shank of the ring...definitely DON''T get one of those!!! If you can find a rubber one, okay, but not metal!!
