From a timelessness standpoint, which shape do you think might be an elegantly classic option? (Hoping for around a 2.00 ct. center stone.) My boyfriend is not the type to shop for jewelry, so I have a lot invested in this one engagement ring purchase.
Thank you!

I have to say the EC. I just love that cut and, IMO, it is the most classy diamond there is

I'm not a fan of the faceting pattern of radiants

I would say emerald cut as well. Very classy and timeless.

An EC--which has already stood the test of time.

I agree EC''s are so classic and elegant.

EC!!! So gorgeous, timeless, beautiful....can you tell I have one?? It has always been my favorite....

Emerald cut............Elizabeth Taylor, Princess Grace, Jackie Kennedy, Camilla Parker Bowles, Melania Trump to name a few wearers of an EC

my personal preference- EC by far! They''re just absolutely gorgeous- classy and elegant

I also think with an emerald cut you said what is an elegantly classic option, an EC fits that bill any day of the week.

Should look rather substantial too in 2 carats!
