Great new site for affordable customized clothing...

So... I was VERY excited to find http://www.eshakti.com/a while ago. I ordered one dress from them and it arrived last week. I am THRILLED. I paid the extra 7.50 (so reasonable) to customize the dress to my own measurements (instead of a stock size) and it fits like a GLOVE.

The fabric on my dress (chambray) is great quality, the seams are beautifully finished and the design details are fantastic.

My only complaint was the strong chemical smell of the dress when I took it out of the packaging, but I have aired it on a hanger and now it's fine.

Overall, especially if your measurements are a challenge for cute dresses and 8 tops, great find!

I just ordered another dress from them and customized more than the measurements. I changed the sleeves and the hem length (all for that same 7.50).

I have been looking at that site - great to know you were pleased!! I have a narrow build but a lot of junk in the trunk and finding dresses that fit well can be hard... and tailoring is certainly more than 7.50.

Exactly! Even to take up a hem is more than 7.50 so it is TOTALLY worth it to customize.

There are the two dresses I bought:

Wow that first dress is really cute (I want one!)
And the second has a neat Mad Men look which would look great tailored.

No reason to buy any new clothes at this time but will bookmark.

Hi Part Gypsy, Yeah the Bird Chambray dress is awesome. Highly recommend.

I'm hoping I can get this soon, possibly as well. http://www.eshakti.com/Product/CL0030117/Chevron-print-crepe-wrap-blouse We'll see though.
