I''ve seen people mention that you can deal at Graff. What''s considered fair?? Offer 10% less?? Please tell.

They''ve taken 30% off even before I opened my mouth.

When I was at Graff, there were no price tags...so how would I know if what they''re offering is a fair deal (as fair as a deal can be at a place like that)?

You do your research ahead of time so that when you go in, you know what you''re WILLING to pay for a certain item. Look at similar things online in terms of specs, then probably add at least 30% for the Graff name.

It''s always safe to ask any store "What is the best price you can do for me?". At best, you could get a nice discount. At worst, they will tell you the full price.
