Hi yall! Recently I've decided I'm going on a buying ban, going in to college, have to shift priorities. But, I want one last jewelry purchase to serve my college years. I've aquired a .85 ct a cut above diamond, solitaire, right rand ring. I wanted to make a second jewelry purchase. Either a 5 stone .75 ct- 1 ct diamond ring or a .5 ct diamond solitaire pendant. I want the piece to be versatile, classic, and last me a long time. If you vote in the pill, please provide reasoning as well. I appreciate it so much!

I picked the necklace because it sounds like you already have a pretty nice RHR. Enjoy going back to school!

I picked the necklace option since you already have a nice ring. I think the solitaire pendant will be a nice classic option. Good luck with school!

I would pick the necklace, but I would take the .85 and put it in a necklace instead of ring. I like the size better for a necklace that I would wear all the time. It would make it a perfect piece that you could wear for many years and if you wanted more neck bling you could add a halo later or more stones. Then maybe you could do a five stone too.

What setting to you end up going with for your RHR? I think they should be harmonious, whatever you choose.

I ended up going with the flora setting. It would be such a waste of money if I reset the diamond. I really enjoy everyone's opinions. Thank you!

What did you mean by harmonious ?
