I would not be happy to buy an IGI IF without a qualified opinion. this lab can be very soft, and the price you are paying (for which you could get a GIA certed diamond)- and the rather average cut quality - would concern me.

I suggest you read the tutorial here. You may also consider buying an Ideal-scope as access to sarin in asia can be difficult.
